Hi I all ready has a DB entry for my BCM. Shall I add a new one or can I just add UC to my profile w/o adding all the same info again?

Got it! My game pc is defragging the harddrive and then my work at home day is going to be destroyed....

Nice just talked to my local game store here in Denmark and they have got a few copies. And one of them has my name on it now. Now I just hope I can cancel my order at Strategic Plus Software.

Hi I'm the lucky owner of BCM and has just ordered UC. But I'm getting a little bit afraid after reading all the different posts in these forums. It seems that UC isn't the same as BCM and this is what I love to play. So would I be better off to buy BCMG instead? I'm not that interested in MP though. So could some of you hardcore players help me out? What is top 5 differences between BCM and BCMG and BCMG vs. UC? I understand that there is no more developing going on for BCM but it works for me. Or what about when the storm is settled make a downloadable expansion pack payed by ex. PayPal right to you? I would gladly pay for it and it seems that is what all BC fans would do. Other companys make a link that works for 24 hours and that is the time you have to download the file. I know that some don't have broadband but mayby a CD version could be made. Or make the download possible for alle UC registered users and then they can un-lock the install with a key, one recieved after paying to you. Just my thoughts.

Yes I know that I can order from the US. But I takes some time arriving. So for me it is better to buy it inside Europe. But I ordered BCM from the states a long time ago. And it would be a lot easier to go down to a store and pick it up here in Denmark.

Has anyone seen UC on European soil? If so - where? I wan't to buy it!

Ok I guess that talking to one self findes a solution. Read the VCF....the AE has to be on TRION and then FC1 comes back on the zoom lists.... "You will no longer be able to use Tacops to zoom-to any space region that do not contain the CC, the AE or a probe. Similarly, planet regions are viewable if the CC is in the same space region as the planet; otherwise the zoom-to object procedure does not work - making it possible to lose support units on a planet. Some were using this exploit to view regions they had support units in even though there was no probe there." Stupid me. Cougar

Hi I'm one of the new guys and I have been sitting on the side line and following these BC games from the very start. And now I did it - bought BCM (yes I know that the gold version is due to release....). And I'm really enjoy every minute of learning the robes of this great game. Keep the steam up SC. This is the way to go. No big companies and suit guys telling you what to do and not! I've been training some of all the different possibilities in the Training Academy - Commander. And I have seen no combat yet. Ok here is the scenario. I put my AE as pilot on FC1 and make it fly to TRION and make planetfall. Its very dark but I manages to get the craft down thanks to VTOL. I get out of the craft and take a walk - everything is fine. Then I got a crazy idea - what would happen if I EVAC AE? I tried - I was back on the bridge. Ok then it was time to recover FC1 but I couldn't find it anywhere in TacOps. I know it was crazy but it is possible with the BCM technology to make ships hyperjump and cloak - but there is no help in finding a craft on a planet? So what do you do?
