Just wanted to say thank you for your years of hard work on the BC series.
About four (maybe five) years ago, I discovered BC3K at the Metro East Trade Centre (just east of Toronto). Being interested in space games, I picked it up at a bargain price (I don't think you'd want to know!) and loved it the moment I fired it up the first time. Through my work's internet access, I found out a lot more about the game, and ordered the version 2.x upgrade and was even more blown away.
Over time, I admit, that I did drift away... but last week I noticed BCMG on the shelf, and it brought back memories of enjoyment I had with BC v2, so I promptly bought it... and I most definately was not disappointed!
I guess the basic premise of this post is to thank you for continuing your work in a niche market. For a person such as myself, it is very difficult to find a game that I enjoy anymore. I think I'm cursed (or would that be blessed?) with an interest in intellectual games that usually ends up being classed as "niche". It was refreshing to rediscover the BC series, and re-emerse myself in its world. Thank you.
I wish you nothing but success with your future endeavours, and rest assured that you have at least one more fan that will look forward to enjoying your future projects.
Thank you again for all your hard work.
Sincerely,
James McQueen.
