If you random all the planets of a certain race will ships belonging to that race stop spawning?

ok heres a pretty funny mistake that i probably will make again An enemy carrier comes out of cloak and we fight for a while then i decide to hit it with the tractor beam... I do and its stuck behind me so i hyperjump toward the sol system to drop it off at galcom hq and the whole time it doesnt attack back or anything.. I could tell something was goin on inside because I saw its hp increasing and i thought "Hmm... uh oh." When I entered earth space it decided to attack me, destroying my tractor beam... as i watch it fly away the CE begins to read off the list of destroyed systems and soon afterwards I was swimming with the space fish

If BCG is as cool as it looks then I have already bought it in my mind so that means the 1% of me that is my body is going to be forced by the other 99% of me which is my mind to go and buy it in the physical world

There is a song by Bush (on the science of things cd, track 6) called "40 miles from the sun" It goes perfectly when you are drifting in space because you have been disabled in some big battle and are likely about to die or blow up or something along those lines

resnig is pretty bad but the thing that shocked me the most is that i have to tell my enttire crew to go eat their food! not only the marines but the OFFICERS TOO!!! How did these people ever make it out of the academy is a mystery, Im beginning to wonder how they made it TO the academy in the first place ..

in the game when I open a menue I get some kind of graphical problem that I tried to ignore but it just bothers me now... anyways this is what happenes: When I open a menu such as the "Logistix" for example I can see the buttons when I open it but when I hold my mouse cursor over them they turn black so i have to guess where the buttons are and for the drop-menues, when I open a drop menu and then release it the area it occupied remains black and I have to click on the stuff again to get it to show up, so when im issueing crew members orders this causes quite a problem any help would be greatly appreciated

Im content with stareing into the void But then again I want to be an astronaught so I guess that makes me the man for the job. or its probably a side effect of camping a rare spawn in everquest for so many years(ive quit eq btw which is probalby like quitting smokeing so i guess i deserve a pat on the back hehe)

I went to saturn and I landed on it(somehow) then I jumped out of my ship thinking if i could land I could walk around too... Needless to say I was DEAD WRONG

For some strange reason when I gain experience after a while the experience will turn into negative exp and then it startes to go up like normal again then once I get back into positve and get say 3000 exp ill fly around and kill an enemy again then the exp will be -3500 something like that it has happend many times and I am not killing friendly assets.
