Belial

How does one go about joining existing fleets? This may sound like a dumb question, but I thought Wraith was Tac's, and i can't find a link. I wouldn't mind joining one o' them fleets. I mean, I realize there's the roster section, but does entering in "wraith" there make one a wraith? Thanks. [This message has been edited by Belial (edited 05-11-99).]
