Well, the engines in the demo got a BIG boost from having them set at 10, but that's was corrected in the game and patches. I would just assume that if it not turned "off" then it's operating normally. Somewhat like turning up the voltage on a computer part that is already working normally. So long as the SR is "on" it doesn't matter what the value is, I would assume. Of course, can we "overclock" our Solar Reactor !?

Yikes, how about some of that pc4400 hehe. I overclock due to lack of funds . Hmm, I've been able o/c recently, but I haven't tried UC since then. I upped the multi from 11 to 12.5. I haven't been able to o/c the FSB though, I bought PC3200, but i can't even get above 166, even with the multi at 5. Is it my mobo, or possibly my RAM, because it isn't name brand or anything.

You guys know that you can *ahem* soft-mod some of these cards right? Depends on the card, but besides overclocking, you can get a BIOS for a better card and "upgrade" it. That's how I've gotten so much use out of my Gf4 Ti4200, it runs at 290-300MHz core and 575 Mhz memory . Or is that not copasetic, thus leading to my banning?

You know, this explains alot. Hehe, I have GF4Ti4200, and I think I rememeber the world seeming kinda dark but I didn't know why. Hehe, this explains it, it wasn't SUPPOSED to be dark .

That's unfortunate, because Interplay is upon bad times, last time I heard. They're facing eviction. Anyway, I'm gonna look at the VCF now .
