I manually selected the Fighterloadout with ATS and ATA Missiles, they attack fine, but not the targets i want, how shall i destroy a Launchpad, if this can only destroyed with missiles and strike is only hit and run attack? if i take SAD or SEAD or any else, than they attack other targets even when i selected the launchpad as a target. Another wird thing i see, is that when the weapons are on 5, they dont shot missiles (i think that means how many missiles they still have) i tryed a loadout with 10 ATS, they shot only 5, same with ATA only....

Yeah, but i want to assault the base in my way and i still dont know whats wrong. i testet severall times to deploy marines per Shuttle, i set first WP (proced to next) than one that is 5-20km away from the first WP, with deploy Team and it still dont work. All events above dont work :-(

No one knows what i do wrong?

I have some Problems while attacking a base: I first order my Fighters to take out the Launchpad, if i take strike than they will shot only one time at it, so it never gets destroyed, if i take a other order like SEAD or SAD than they attack other stuff even if i make Sead on the Launchpad as a target. Is there a Order in which says that my fighters destroy the target and THAN fly to the next wp? I send now shuttles in, with OC (with 1 marine in each), i deploy em right in front of the base, but nothing happend, they only drive through the wohle base, to the Waypoint with Search&Destroy. Next Problem, i teleport Troops, 10 Marines all prepared for Combat, but after beaming and giving orders like SAD only EVAC apears over each Marine and they do nothing. Finally i send my CC down, with 2 Waypoints, one 3km in front and the other with SAD after the base, but when the CC arives at the second waypoint it says: finall WP reached and does just nothing and this while 8+ enemy fighters are attacking my CC and several SAM┬┤s firing at it. Its fun to watch how the enemys blast my whole assault team away I really need tips how to make it right and yes i readed the manual

I have another problem, i cant trade with any station...if i click on Tradecom than my game drops to my desktop. If i trade with Galcom HQ than all is fine, i tryed Mars + 3 other stations, got the crashes, than i flyed back to Galcom and trading works fine?! How do i get instrudes? i allways get em when no ship is near me, if i show on Perscan than the instruders are listed under escaped....

Thanks it worked, this time i invaded the Base sucessfully with only 5 dead marines and a disabled L-Fighter, my order for UC is allerdy underway, i cant wait for it :-) Thank you Derek Smart for such a great Space Trilogie I just have another little Question: One of my Shuttles was stolen (forgot to cut the power to the launch bay) i buyed a complete SC Asset, but how do i install it? I played now 16 hours, than finally while assaulting a base, my AE was on a shuttle underway to the enemy base, it was shottet down and my AE died, i saved the game in 3 slots before i startet attacking that base, but i cant load it?!

I tryed the Firestorm Supercarrier, its PTA Cover is crazy :-) Now back to UC, are there new /Spacecrafts/ships/Vehicles in which i can pilot? Are there still these amazing OTS aviable (they must rock with UC Visuals, i remember when i first used these OTS and beamed myself with the Teleport down, just to figuare out that the Blast killed me to:-p)

That are good news, really good ones :-) I still play BCMG, i cant get the PTA Turrets to Work, theyre Angel is way to low (5-10 Degree) is this changed in UC? (full 360 Degreecover?) im looking now on some Pics from UC, i cant believe the Models, the Navalcarriers are awesome, i found a pic with a underwaterbase, how can we destroy it?!

Hello, i played a long time BCM and i use a Geforce 2 MX 400, im able to get a Radeon 9200 with 128MB, does it support Vertex and Pixel Shader? It cost 40$ is the Card any good? My Comp is: Athlon 1,7 GHZ, 556 DDR Ram is this good enought to play UC?

I found it out, the Turrets fire only in a 45-90 Degree radius and not up or down, so i have to turn the ship that the enemy is to 90 Degree. On Planet Attacks i just make 2 Waypoints, behind and the other in front of the enemy base, so my ship turns around, while the PTA Turrets can fire (second waypoint is on Repeat actions), while im on the planet with my Assault Team :-) Another Question, while in First Person Combat, i dont have a display which says me how much hull/armor the enemy have, can i only kill other marines or Buildings+vehicles to?

Yes it was on and yes i turned several times my ship, but still no effekt

The Ship wasnt on autopilot and the enemyfighters attacked me under 6km and not one PTA Gun from the 10 fired at em. I dont mean the Maingun, i mean the little 10 Guns on my ship = PTA

Thanks again, i readed the whole manual. I meeted 2 enemy Fighters, i activated my PTA....nothing....switched Powerlevels....nothing....controlled Powerallocation, all Systems at full power and the PTA still dont fire at the enemy spacefighter?! Any tips on this? I fly a Megatron with 10 Turrets, and not one does fire... How can i load a game? i can save it + resume, if i do exit, but when my ship is destroyed i cant load my game?!

I think i know now who fired at me, its called STO Missiles Base, im now back at Mars, found my old mission zone again and scanned it and yes there is a OTS Silo in grrrrrrrrrr. Time to start some Fightercrafts! And next time, i switch ECM on ;-) Another Question: How do i command Marines? there are no icons for it, or do they attack automaticaly? Uh... my brand new Megatron *crys* i was at Mars, staring into a enemy mission zone, after 3-5 minutes a missle warning apears. I switched back to the bridge and scanned the area but no enemy ship there, than after another 20 seconds a Missile aproached fast from the Planet, hittet my brand new Megathron and wrecked havoc, i lost controll and crashed on the Planet, 2 Minutes later my Powercore blowed up, with it my wohle ship. Really Amazing :-) But i dont know who shotted at me, anyone have a hint? I wish i had a nuke, want revenge :-)

Thank you very much :-) So i have to use Prepare for Combat, than my marines crap the brand new Heavy Armors? Another question: How do i see if my mining drones are full? 4 Drones are on the Moon of Earth and i only see the Shield/Armor/Hull display, are all planets good to mine, or can i scan em?! I started a new game, this time with the big Megatron, his 10 Guns are amazing :-)

I played now for 3 Weeks X2, than yesterday i buyed BCM for 10Ôé¼. Thats Crazy, now i prefer this game and drop X2 away :-p I have some Question that i cant find in the Manual: Do all of my Marines equip themselfes with the best weapons + armors i have? (how can my ego take a armor + better guns? i spended about 200.000 cash on new marine equip) Why are my Marines after Teleporting them down to a enemy base sitting ducks? While under command of my CC or other space vehicles i can do Planetfall (shift + 8) but all other crafts fly like 15 Minutes down to the Planet :-( Any help there? Is there a timeacceleration in? its really to slow, if you just want to travel a bit... I never hit with my Maingun the Groundtargets, they are over my cross and not more than 10km away and they dont take damage?! (Gun at 100%Power) Thanks for your help :-) (sorry my english is not very good, im from Germany)
