  1. RESUME - GEORGE W. BUSH EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE LAW ENFORCEMENT: I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol. I pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving record has been "lost" and is not available. MILITARY: I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use. By joining the Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam. COLLEGE: I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a cheerleader. PAST WORK EXPERIENCE: I ran for U.S. Congress and lost. I began my career in the oil business in Midland, Texas, in 1975. I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas. The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock. I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer money. With the help of my father and our right-wing friends in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected governor of Texas. ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS: I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union. During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America. I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money. I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history. With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became president after losing by over 500,000 votes. ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT: I am the first President in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal record. I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week. I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S. Treasury. I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S. history. I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period. I set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12-month period. I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. stock market. In my first year in office, over 2 million Americans lost their jobs and that trend continues every month. I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her. I set the record for most campaign fundraising trips by a U.S. President. I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations. My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. History, Enron. My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision. I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution. More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of the biggest corporate rip-offs in history. I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed. I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history. I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts. I appointed more convicted criminals to administration than any President in U.S. history. I created the Ministry of Homeland Security, the largest bureaucracy in the history of the United States government. I've broken more international treaties than any President in U.S. history. I am the first President in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove the U.S. from the Human Rights Commission.--this is true. I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of Law.--actually what happened is the World Court is changing into the International Criminal Court--because the US wants to be a part of the court, but not be open to having the US have charges brought up against them, they have temporarily ceased negotiating with the countries involved in and taking part in the establishment of the ICC. So, in other words, the US wants to be able to establish the laws within the ICC, practice those laws within the ICC, but not have those laws applied to our country. I refused to allow inspectors access to U.S. "prisoners of war" detainees and thereby have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention.--Guantanomo Bay. I am the first President in history to refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. election). I set the record for fewest number of press conferences of any President since the advent of television. I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one-year period. After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history. I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most disliked country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history. I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protest against any person in the history of mankind. I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, preemptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community. I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families - in wartime. In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq, then blamed the lies on our British friends. I am the first President in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security. I am supporting development of a nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster," WMD. I have so far failed to fulfill my pledge to bring Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein to justice. RECORDS AND REFERENCES: All records of my tenure as governor of Texas are now in my father's library, sealed and unavailable for public view. All records of SEC investigations into my insider trading and my bankrupt companies are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view. All records or minutes from meetings that I, or my Vice-President, attended regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view.

    LOST

Just curious, as to what is so weird about the boars. We have wild avelino all over the midwest. All the early shipping caravans, moved wild boars around the world aboard their ships. Not too awfull remote a chance, there could be wild boars on a deserted island.
  3. And, what exactly to you want me to say...to all that rediculous, partisen, mud slinging, pile of crap?
  4. I find it all amusing, seeing how the" below the belt " fighting was initially instigated by the republican party, during the race for democratic nominations. Now the democrats, have consolidated, and begin to fight back, the neocons start whining..
  5. Takvah, I havent laughed so hard, in a while...
  6. no, ill not start a new thread, mainly because... though an important issue; Population can be controlled with something as insignificant as rubberbands. No need for an extended debate concerning the ignorance of mankind. We have enough problems with the ignorance of a designated few, to last us many years to come.
  7. ok, i concede, give one to all the women...ages 18-55 years of age.
  8. if you think it will be so secure, post your social security, or drivers license in a VERY public place, and see what happens. Common sense, dictates..NO privacy, NO freedom.
  9. quote: I think if people want to implant a RFID tag inside themselves more power to them. It could really help out in the travel and medical industries. I would agree entirely... if it werent for the possible and, most likely ,PROBABLE misuse of such power. If it were choice, more power to them, but national I.D. cards and drivers license will automatically become mandetory. Personally, I feel that: If they want to know who I am, they need a damn good reason. If its just for the excuse, to protect me...they can kiss my ass. why would I believe their intent, is to protect me...the actions of the judicial courts, has already all but eliminated our rights, as citizens. We now live within the realm of (nothing more, and nothing less than) revokable privledge anyway. There is NO THREAT, which would dictate such action. Only the radical, misproportioned cry from the neocons, that the terrorist are going to get me. blah!!
  10. It makes the terrorist go to oaklahoma, to buy weapons? I dont know that the ban was good. I do know, it gave our government a JUSTIFIED reason for attacking American citizens in WACO, as there was no other justification presented by the ATF for that attack. Please re-read my previous post, I was'nt disagreeing with you shin, just expounding on my view.
  11. Mrxknown, I have to respect your position, and do agree with your logic, that it be a good thing to make it as hard as possible for criminals to get their hands on guns, But to give up our ability to have adequate defensive weapondry, against the those who can and will possess such, is not in our best interest as a people. In reality, it probably does'nt matter anyway, since, most cases where guns are used...even in self defense....the user is prosecuted for involuntary manslaughter or some such, and imprisoned, and subjugated by such a conviction...anyway! I have to agree that the law didnt elilminate ALL the weapons availiable, and probably pushed some into some dark corner of the black market. I do not believe the effect is as radical as portrayed. Sure, a few more were availiable in such a fashion, but doubtful, enough to make any difference in such an area of illegal trade. On the same token, allowing them into the hands of the American public, with the attached registration requirements, would not serve to promote any significant amount of crime either. Though, it may help deter criminal law inforcement officers, from being so quick to push the envelope, with the average American
  12. nevermind, I found it: http://www.wired.com/news/privacy/0,1848,6...tw=wn_6polihead
  13. Wolferz, did you get the scoop on Virginia, and the radio chip, implimentation within the drivers license? I didnt get the whole, scoop, but heard of it, this morning, while on my way to work.
  14. Chavik, you are obvioulsy from a different school of thought. This does not negate my learning; nor, does it negate the opinion of many a professor. So, I suppose, this is an area where we must agree, to disagree. I have no intention of being pulled into an argument concerning such rediculous scrutiny.
  15. quote: BTW old man, I will be 40 come next year, so please, get a grip on reality..... OK, tell me agaian, how you served in vietnam. Seeing how it was terminated, in 1972 and full withdraw, by 1974, which just happens to be when I was 14 years old, and I am now 45 Just curious
  16. Why shouldnt the republicans kick it in the butt, when they can manipulate a back door draft,as mentioned by wolferz :through the present volunteers; thus, insuring only the middle and lower class kids get killed; all the while creating a temporary and artificial supply pool of availiable combatants. quote:Instead they are conscripting servicemembers who have satisfied their TOS and also recalling servicemembers who have already seperated but, haven't reached the end of their mandatory six year obligation. In essence, troops are being drafted from current stocks of volunteers. this is absolute fact: This war, will be going on for a LONG LONG time, regardless who wins, and the number of wounded is far beyond the mere 1000 killed. It will be interesting, to see how long we will be able to sustain the damage to well bodied american boys, without instituting some form of formal draft.
  17. quote:since the democrates still control the Senate and House there's little that bush can do against this Law (again, Bush is only a puppet, the Democrats are the one's who control this Nation) I cannot believe, anyone thinks this, today. Do you really believe, the part about the democrats in control? Just curious.
  18. GROW UP jaguar!! quote: Thoery began reality street, don't forget. Most of the technology's that we have where once considered a Thoery or a wish.. Kalshion, i understand that, but I have been in this field for a long time...and I speak daily with engineers around the world(including the north east) it IS a very small world, within this field, but not near as limited as jaquar suposes. I see rediculous resumes everyday, and take them all with a grain of salt. Frankly, I find it hard to vbelieve, a man around 30 years of age, knows more about EVERYTHING, tha ANYONE ELSE. I have a younger brother, who incidently suffers from the same self delusions of grandieur...one of the reasons, my patience, with this kid, has been so short.
  19. Complete, and utter rubbish. They DO NOT seize the medals, if your discharge is lower than honorable. THAT IS AN OUT RIGHT LIE. The fact is: the reissuence of the medals, was merely to replace, those he threw away, while protesting the so call "POLICE ACTION" designation, of a war, which was NOT being fought as a war, but merely being used for economic benefit, and political gain...where thousands of Americans were dying, for NO practical purpose. sheesh!
  20. insects, are much more worthwhile of observation...i assure you
  21. FACT is, Kalshion, there were thousands of soldiers in vietnam, spanning a period of ten years, or so. And MOST of them, are dead today. Not every man, in vietnam is guilty, and most of the time, the only witness to anything a soldier does in the field, are those involved(who would never admit it anyway) and those who see, and of course, those the atrocities are aimed, which too, are usually dead, and cannot complain. Its a real shame, one must be publicly ridiculed, for speaking out against criminal actions, just because, EVERYONE else, didnt see it, with their own eyes. (Kinda hard to see what all is going on in a jungle,....unless, your there) The whole argument, is of no value here, as it is nothing but a political tool, used to win an election through mud slinging. Get past the political mud slinging rhetoric, and you may see things with more of a balanced and objective view.
  22. quote:I have heard of people who are experienced in multiple fields (my brother for example, infact you might know him Jag) So it's not impossible really I choose to believe that which is probable, over that which is possible, thank you. each of you are free to believe what you choose. I choose to remain pragmatic, concerning the claims. pragmatic -- (guided by practical experience and observation rather than theory)
