Some days ago i wanted to send a shuttle to a moon for a mining mission because my cc run out of radinum. I had no idea what to do and so i searched in forum and manual. OK! I went to tactical view, zoomed to planet, set 1 "Proceed to next"-Waypoint and then 2 km away a "Deploy probe"-Waypoint and so on. Then i sent my shuttle away. Everything went fine until the shuttle wanted to deploy the probe. The shuttle was in a height of about 2000 feet (or metres ) and info showed that it was about to LAND. But obviously with a incredible low speed! 100 feet per minute. Somehow it was always circling around all the time over the same point. So i don't know what i've done wrong. Maybe i should set the "Deploy probe"-Waypoint a little bit lower, but i couldn't find out how to do this. Any help?? Thanks for all this answers ... unfortunately i can't remember anymore what i've done in detail (own or enemy disabled spacecraft) But i will try again. But after reading all your answers it should be possible to recover a disabled craft if it once belonged to me? And moreover if i tow a fighter of me with my shuttle and this shuttle docks to my battlecruiser is the fighter then docked too or do i have to tow it with my battlecuiser?

I have tried to get a disabled fighter on my command ship with tractor beam. First time i used the tractor beam everything worked fine. I was asked if i want to dock the ship. I pressed Y but then i had fighter bays without power. So i thought no problem ... i powered up my fighter bays and tried to do it again, no chance .. i never got this question again. What can i do else to dock a fighter to my ship???

Hi! I assume i've lost my manual ... as this game is not playable without manual. I wonder if there is some way i can get it again? Maybe a pdf download or something else. Please help!!! I buyed it 2 month ago and just getting used to controls .. i neeeeeed a manual!
