Why does this article make me wince ?
I get the feeling that MS is trying to say "You are not smart enough to make a decision so we will do it for you", and they are probably right in 90% of the cases.
Maybe it's because I've spent the last 25 years in IT and feel it's about time people take the time to learn about the things they use, so they can fix their own crap and actually make an informed decision.
Maybe I need a career change.
