How long does it take to recharge the Hyperdrive? Faster than my own ship? It sounds better than a regular ship(hyper-drive+cloak-piercing+ Home-On-Jam) and should cost more. The use of missiles is in their expendability and the ability to fire more than 1. Any ONE missile can be knocked down or a fighter/shuttle can block the way and destroy it kinetically. If you make them so expensive, then if someone finds an effective method to defeat it, then time spent programming it into UC and testing it is not worth it. And attacking anything that has a CTT is a suicide mission and we're all stuck inside capital ships. Like a human being wouldn't want to CTT someome's small ship for the pure joy of it or just to survive. I don't see a good money-to-effectiveness ratio here. It's either all-powerful or not effective and I don't think it scales to the price.

There's also something called VAC(Voice Activated Commander). And there's also VoiceAct and Game Commander. They allow in a game the giving of verbal commands that replace keystrokes. So when you hear the klaxon, yell "Eject, Eject, Eject"
