ok still need help game crash

thank you for your words.....the only thing i can think of is the video card does not meet the required power when it comes to fighting....it crashes when a battle starts or i am clicking things too fast.....funny thing is i have 128MB memory in the video card and 1012gb in computer ram ...but when a battle breaks out and i am given commands i crash and end up at desk top. -
my new game crashes alot for some reason i have V1.00.14 i got the game from direct2drive.com so i have no CD and i would like some help with this game problem
