I have had the same problems with the "add" button not being available for IC's and the BC. I have run the game with the 2.08 patch from the beginning and have even wiped and restore all and have the same happen. I just end up using the other IC's as escorts for the IC's I can give waypoints too. If a solution or answer is found please let me know!!
