Guest tictoc Posted September 1, 2000 Report Posted September 1, 2000 Hi guys, in trying to figure out how to fly through fluxfields (with help from others in the forum group (thanks guys)), i noticed if i issue a jump-to command to get through the fluxfields, the framerate goes from 38 to 2 f.p.s and will stay like this for as long as i do not issue another command, this has occured with either the bc or shuttle (did not try interceptor), any ideas? regards tic

Parias Posted September 1, 2000 Report Posted September 1, 2000 I think this was covered awhile back.. it's due to the AI being unable to navigate in a Fluxfield, and it eats up CPU cycles for breakfast trying to decide on a way out or where to go.------------------ Cmdr.
