I have been able to execute several procedures, but am still concerened about one thing. WHAT DO I DO! I can't ever seem to find people to fight, or people to interact with! Plz help! Also: Is there multiplayer or is it in the making?

It's more or less like reality; a cop doesn't go after a crook all the time-he's got to wait until he finds some action first. Be patient, and travel around, and you'll find some enemies.Multiplayer is coming up in a patch. It's not in the released game.Welcome aboard.
