Geocities doesn't like other sites to sneak files from it. Have the same myself, the fleetdatabase can't get my mugshot from my Geocities page. I thought about that, but I haven't found a good moon image yet.Big News: Prime's getting its own web page (finally), so it's time we finallized our act. I'm working on a background image for our section of the site, which I will post here, for all to see, before submitting it.So, I'd like to:1. Finalize ship assignments2. Start getting preliminary bio's (and maybe some pics) for the site.3. Finalize the logo4. Do some slight re-organization of squadrons 1: Looks like our favoured ships are: The Garid The BC Mk1 Firestorm What I'd like to do is have each squadron possess at least the same type of ship. So each squadron will have assigned to it 1 carrier-class ship, and the rest super-cruiser or cruiser class. Ideally, I'd like each squadron to have a Mk1 and several Garids, but if a commander wishes to have a different class of ship, I will not stand in his way. This is only a game, after all. I am going to stand firm on the 1 carrier per squadron. Squadron commanders can take that ship for themselves, or assign it to a member of the squadron. Each squadron will act as a unit, similar in function (in theory, who knows how it'll work in-game) to a Carrier Battle Group in the US Navy. That doesn't mean you'll always be escorting the carrier, but you will act as a unit.2: I know not everybody likes doing bios, so I'll limit the information I want from you. I'd like: Cmdr's full name, ship, place of birth, and age. Optional information includes: career history, eye colour, hair colour, name's of ship officers, and...(wait for it) a pic. Anything else you want to throw in is good, as well.3: I'll look for a moon pic to add to the logo. Once that's done, I'll post it to my new web-space (which hopefully allows linking) and get it approved.4: I'd like to create a new squadron: The Reserve Squadron. Any commanders who stay AWOL for extended periods will be re-assigned to this squadron to make room for more active members. I am assigning the following commanders to the Reserve Squadron:Cmdr. Ace Gamma. Cmdr. Kirk Stroiker. Cmdr. Bolo. Cmdr. Catchre.If you object to being assigned to this squadron, post here, and I'll change it.That is all.
