GREG MILLER Posted December 9, 2004 Report Posted December 9, 2004 Yea, and I'm riding with a newly formated system myself. The only problem....One of the Windows Updates didn't go quite as well. I'm still debating to just roll with it, or fix it. So far the only ill effects I'm seeing are Internet Explorer won't do certain popups, and it won't keep any browser history. The history logs are all blank. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Windows Explorer is now randomly crashing when I use the pc. This will teach me to follow my gut instincts at all times.

rjy01 Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 I agree Greg. Ditch IE at your first opportunity. I switched to Firefox and Thunderbird about three weeks ago and never looked back. Out of curiousity, is just your browser crashing or the entire OS?
