DOWN LOADED DEMO 3 TIMES FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS BUT SAME ERROR THEN CLEARS INSTALL.

Don't have a clue what that error means. You may want to check out www.installshield.com. It could probably be insufficient disk space or a corrupted download.
