What is the narrator saying at the times from 1:25 to 1:50?It sounds like,The land of ???? place of technological wonder ???? the people ???? general beauty and energy ???? governed by the peaceful oversight ???? perfect existenece ???? the Earth ???? charismatic soul ???? until the fateful day ???? discovered ????As you can see, there's a lot I'm missing. Someone care to help fill it in?And out of curiosity, whose voice is that? SC's? Someone else?

Play, stop, pause, play, rewind, play, pause, stop, etc.)---I'll post my take on the lyrics (it's derrived from Baloogan's): Key () - Means I'm pretty sure. 75-100% sure. [] - Means that's what I think I hear. 50% sure. {} - Means I'm not sure. Sounds something like this. Probably not. 25% sure. ... - Indistinguishable spaces once again. Lyrics1:21 ---Fade into Narrarative---1:22 The land of [entropy] (see footnote a). 1:25 The place of technological wonder. 1:27 The people are surrounded by...[channeling] {kinetic} (see footnote b) energy... 1:31 The people are governed by a peaceful oversight. 1:34 Each {seeks/sees}...(the other in perfect existance). 1:38 The earth is a kind and [charismatic] [soul]. 1:42 Until the fateful day the {crystal} (see footnote c) discovery follows.....1:47 ---Fade back into Music--- Footnotes a. I say it sounds like "entropy", but there sounds like a "K" sound on the end... Entr--p-k, is what is easy to distinguish.b. It echoes like mad, and it's loud! I think there's a voice behind the echoing "channel/channeling..." sound, can't tell. (Update: I doubt there's a sound back there. I think I can make out the word kinetic along with channel, though. "channeling kinetic energy" is the best guess; changes above reflect this.)c. Again, one of those evil echoing "C" words like footnote A. Sounds like cr, cru-, or something. Cristian, or Crystal (which I said above). I like the latter more. It says "crystal" first, and then echoes with something that sounds like "crisco". Thanks to my brother for his opinion on this one. There you go. My best guess. I have no programs that can slow down/modify the song, but if I did it'd be easier. It's in mono (that one line you didn't get at 1:31 was really quiet, played on the left side only), and it's only in 64k 22050Hz. Finally, I don't think I needed to stretch that little 30 seconds to 2:03! It's just as hard to make out a word that's super stretched to 5 seconds long.Anyway, nice site you've got there.

Spuzzum Posted November 3, 2001 Report Posted November 3, 2001 Just getting in my input, it sounds a lot more like "The people are governed by the peaceful overseers" in that one part.Also, it sounds much more like "each sees in the other a perfect existence" (which isn't all that bad grammar, but it isn't common usage anymore ).In other words, the overseers see each other as perfect. That's my interpretation, anyhoo.
