RANDOM and Courtmarshalling

I was wondering what happens when you use the Random?

I understand the whole planet gets Nuked, but do you get EP's for each thing you destroy on said planet, if I, for example, randomed the Gummelian HomeWorld (and I'm terran/mil)

also, I get courtmarshalled according to the appendix, but what happens when you are courtmarshelled, in BCM I seem to remember the game stopped, but thats no fun is it!

Hey, when you do try it and find out, tell us if it's actually possible to get off in a court-martial, or if your better off just killing every Earthcom ship that comes after you.

In BC3k, I've gotten off of a court martial involving a RANDOM. Launched one at one of those Gamm infested worlds in the Credian quadrant.

When I came back for the hearing, I guess I was let off because I helped bring the war closer to a victory, and because I had excellent behavior prior to the RANDOM launch.

In BCM, your mileage may vary.

I'm playing the ACM scenario as Terran/Earthcom. I'm betting I can nuke planets now without Earthcom hunting me down. Just gotta get the 100 AI....(starts screaming at his bridge crew: "GET SMARTER YOU IDIOTS, SMARTER, OR ILL SHOOT YOU LIKE I DID THOSE INFECTED MARINES!!!!"
