This will only happen on planets that have sections with mixed races. It used to be Multi-national. I changed it to Mixed and forgot to update the language file. Doh!

So, read the online VCF and read the last entry in the RC2 section for a quick fix until the 1.0.01 patch is released.

This will only happen on Earth, Moon and other such planets with Mixed races.

For me, it doesn't quit when I observe Earth or the Moon. It starts to "place" the little boxes of zones (the tiny ones when you first go "observe"), it goes halfway, and starts over. I see half of the little boxes go down, and it clears, and does it again and again.

Don't know if it has anything to do with what you said, but I'm bringing this up, just in case.

No, I have the same problem...Not all of the mission zones pop up. Ya know, the little yellow boxes...They appear to be flashing too fast. Half of the planet does not have them and the other half are flashing too fast to even click on.

No, no, no. Seriously, it doesn't even give you the whole planet's mission zones. It animates some of the planet's mission zones, resets, and starts over. I even got this in Centris, which is all Empirian (last time I checked); so I'm thinking that it doesn't have to do with the problem you just described.

As far as I know, it wasn't designed (or it didn't work) like this in the E2 Demo. (But then again, I have no idea how much has changed since that Beta kernel.)

Anyone else have this problem?
