newbie Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 first off, SC, about my post you deleted, I take it all back. Been playing more and having allot of fun. Not sure what was up with before but the first person mode has been allot of fun now. however, I beamed myself and some marines down to mars for alittle killing, after a few minutes I was one shot from death and all my marines were dead. I ran like hell and got away, then it was time to beam back up to the ship... I couldn't find the Evac checkbox thats on the marines for myself. Then while prone I was able to 'run' with the shift key at least as fast if not faster then standing. I'm assuming i'm not supposed to be able to do that. I had to land a shuttle to get myself off the planet, no transporting off for my AE Please add in the Evac checkbox for the AE Subject changed. I'm assuming i'm not supposed to be able to do that. It works the way its suppose to. When your prone switch to the Floating camera view by pressing F9. Then try to run. You'll notice your AE jumps up and takes off running. As soon as you stop running he drops back to the prone position.
chrismoney7 Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 I had a problem like that. My Kandorian Explorer must be really working out. He ran 200mps. I had him run races against my CC he won and tied most of the time. But it only worked when i walked backwards. I was not able to do this after that and noone else has either. It was maybe a little glitch when i was in an EXACT spot, or i had too much pepsi again.

(hope that's OK SC). I've fixed it. It was accidentally removed when the AE orders menu was disabled. Until the next version, you can only evac your AE by entering your CC using the normal fp docking procedure.
