XOR Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 I got a new sound card (SB Audigy LS 24-bit advanced HD 96khz/100dB SNR) and now it seems like the laser sound effects arent as loud as they used to be I dont know about missles tho since it always crashes like 30 seconds after i get the warning signal that there are enemies in the zone
rjy01 Posted February 7, 2004 Report Posted February 7, 2004 Somethings to look at: Make sure your drivers are updated. This may help you with crashes. Check your speaker settings in the Audigy control panel and make sure they match the type of speakers you are using. (I'm not sure how the control software is setup with your card. My Audigy 2 software has a separate interface for the speakers.) Look here for other suggestions.
