Creative gameport support in Vista x86 (32 Bit)

Microsoft removed support for MIDI/Gameports in Vista. So you won't be able to use your non-USB joystick in Vista.

However, as is the case with this sort of thing, some enterprising person has created a set of drivers which actually do work. I tested them and they seem fine. Your mileage will vary of course. When in doubt, System Restore is your friend.
