Maybe you should open your own banking institution so we poor people can get a loan from you and buy a new computer? All I've got is this measly 1Ghz... I didn't consider it measly until I saw Generations. Must upgrade. Need new computer. "Will work for computer parts"

Supreme Cmdr Posted June 9, 2003 Report Posted June 9, 2003 I dunno when you grabbed those specs, but they are incorrect. BCG requires specific ps/vs versions. Check the products info page again for BCG and refresh your browser.
Epsilon 5 Posted June 10, 2003 Report Posted June 10, 2003 i had the BCG specs in another window .. see the dots instead of dashes? that's cos I copy pasted the dots in the specs and cut the unnecessary stuff. And the PS stuff is from the box and what do you mean by ps/vs versions? according to this page my information is correct.

A 2gighz AMD Athlon xp 2000+ a new motherboard and the memory. I upgraded this past october to this. After tax, it came to $319. Looking at the prices now on these same items the AMD chip is now $72, the motherboard is now $76 and the memory Kingston 256mb is $42 the total now is $190 damn I should have waited a bit . I use this company now it's local to me but the prices were as good as the lower quotes from online sites. It was trade off of shipping or taxes the taxes made the price a little lower so I just went and picked up my order. But now they are offering free shipping on Hardrives and Memory and Cpu's for a limited time. Check them out http://www.essencompu.com they are located in queens, Ny so it's just a hop skip and jump for me here in NYC. $190 for basically new guts of your system is not bad at all even for us poor folk .
