How to order CC to egress using Tacops

I'm not sure if it's me or anything but I have the following question:

If I am on planetside, and my CC is in orbit (not a great choice on my part) I can order it to planetfall to my position, via the TacOps But I remember for some reason I could not get it to EGRESS from TacOps...maybe because you can't view the space region from your little wristwatch?

Or just send her to a prevoius observed target... or to a target in your priority list.......just be sure that it's out of the planet you're on...
