jamotto Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 ok, I know this is really not an important thing but here goes. When in fp mode in space or on the ground if you reload your gun using the "r" key if you hit the "r" key again it will decrement the clip count even though you have not used a single round. Thank you for your time.
DennyMala Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 Dunno if this work as designed.... but have you ever tried to load an automatic weapon and then pull the carriage lever...? Well each time you pull it a cartridge is ejected from the firing chamber, wherever is used or not.... thus decrementing the shots in the clip..... Maybe the SC has put a little more realism on this... ... I used to like the way ammo was managed in SWAT 3 from SIERRA, when you can reload when you want putting aside a half empty magazine for a further use and finding that it'll be half full when you insert it again.... just like in real life... You were advised to reload when your clip was empty or nealy empty to avoid having lots of half clips once you finish the first rotation.
