Cow Posted August 9, 2004 Report Posted August 9, 2004 I tried using the transporter to beam myself down, but 9 out of 10 times, I can't select myself in TacOps to evac. my self, any solutions?
street228 Posted August 9, 2004 Report Posted August 9, 2004 go to tactical, crew, officers...and select your AI(commander) send him to the transporter....wait until he gets there(check perscan), when he is in the transporter.... try tacops...and transporter...zoom to where you want to plop him down, and try it. The other method, using tactical, loadout,tp, crew....should also work. just be sure to wait until, he REALLY GETS to the TRANSPORTER. watch perscan, to verify he is there. If you did all of this, in this order...I don't know why you would be having problems.
CedricB Posted August 9, 2004 Report Posted August 9, 2004 He wants to beam UP to the ship, not down. Hmmm... when I'm on the surface of a planet, usually bringing up Tacops has it centered right over my AE for easy clickability.
street228 Posted August 9, 2004 Report Posted August 9, 2004 oops!!! make sure, you have the latest patch installed correctly. Once, when I installed a patch from the desktop, instead of the actual game folder, I could not evac my men, nor my AI make sure TP power is allocated too.
