Guest Capt. Armor Posted September 18, 2004 Report Posted September 18, 2004 I'm a newbie who is just starting the game. How do you get the probes in the explorer mode to launch? I press launch and nothing happens.
Guest Shingen Posted September 18, 2004 Report Posted September 18, 2004 I think you have to go into TacOps to launch probes in UC (not sure on this, as I mostly play UC in TacOps anyway). From TacOps, all you gotta do is click on one of the numbered squares next to the probe icon and launch one.
Supreme Cmdr Posted September 18, 2004 Report Posted September 18, 2004 He hasn't patched the game; or patched it incorrectly. Transports were not allowed to launch probes in previous versions of the game. This was enabled in 2.00.12.
