UC vs BCM, Hmmn

Okay first off let me say that I just became a "VERY" happy owner of battlecruiser millennium gold...

This game has been incredible, doing orbital air strikes from the deck of my super carrier has been something thats really really enthralled me.

So heres me question, how similar/dissimilar is UC to BCMG? Is it more like an upgraded BCM or more? I know its a 'different' kind of game aparrently from the original battlecruiser (which i did not play, I have XP and had problems with it)

for instance could I still do the carrier ops ive been doing now? Are they very different? And will any of the expansions to UC make it more like it?

Dont tell me what im not allowed to know but im really interested, this games a gem and already I am excited for more

UC is a more advanced version of BCM in every way. There are numerous features that UC has that make it a far superior game. I especially like the improvements that make it much easier to order assets that are under your command (example the PLV and TOM systems).

Umm, just go out and get UC. Its only $20. Its kind of a waste of time playing BCMG these days, other than for nostalgic reasons maybe.

BTW is it at all possible to have more then 8 pilots at a time in UC?
