Fleet C&C in ROAM

Would the game eventually assign you Fleet C&C if you racked up enough experience points? And does this apply to Mercenary Castes?

Thanks, all. Perhaps Im too new at the game to have accomplished this as of yet. Just wondering what I can look forward to once I kill enough gammulans and criminals.

It took me quite some time to get enough exp to get fleet C&C.

And with any caste, you can get up to the rank of SC, and you still get C&C like the rest. Caste determines what space stations you have control of (in the begining, cuz you can always go and capture other stations and then control them)
