Selecting Marines

I have read the tutorial and manual twice over and all i can find is that it says click on them but it wont let me, the only way i seem to control them is from a shuttle, is there any way to assign them waypoints?

You can't assign waypoints to personnel.

So how do i command my marines using tacops?

Well guess what, just reinstalled the game applied both patches again and this time it works, lol, and now i can select marines, guess there was a problem on my end.
