Supreme Cmdr Posted November 18, 2002 Report Posted November 18, 2002 Complete. And. Utter. Rubbish. If there was any doubt that Steven Seagal is a washed up has-been, go see this movie. They essentially tried to make Under Siege 3 - In A Prison 0/10 Nia Peeples looked good in it though. The only redeeming quality for this movie - if you could call it that.
