Supreme Cmdr Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Season 3 of 24 is really ramping up. Last week Jack finally killed Nina. Then we got to see, the otherwise timid Michelle, kick some serious terrorist butt. I was quite amazed that she had those skills actually. I was thrilled for her and it looks like they're making her a strong character as the next eight episodes (it returns on March 30th) wind down the season. Jack is a surly as ever. And yes, his daughter is as annoying (and talentless) as he is surly. I was hoping someone - anyone - would have killed her by now.

Would you be supprized if she came back to life in a later episode? seems like the trend now days (u die, go make a movie then come back and get ressurected somehow) haha good stuff
Supreme Cmdr Posted March 1, 2004 Author Report Posted March 1, 2004 No, if they kill her, there's no way to bring her back. God, I hope they kill her. Or at the very least, well, uhm, have someone kidnap her again for the rest of the season and possibly the entire next season.
Supreme Cmdr Posted April 22, 2004 Author Report Posted April 22, 2004 I think Chloe is alright. Man, I can't believe they actually killed Chapelle!! Last night, when Kim agreed to go undercover as Saunders' daughter, this was me... ...oh great!! she's finally going to get killed
Cc Posted April 22, 2004 Report Posted April 22, 2004 I guess we can agree to disagree. (Seems to me Chloe is a pain,(but I have to admit she is CTU's computer expert)). They had to kill Chapelle to buy more time.I know it sucks, but that's the way it is. I guess you really do 'HATE KIM' . Well ,huh,I agree she is annoying as crap, but 'KILL'? Thats powerfull stuff. Edit: you are not going to believe this ...(In fact I don't believe it myself),but after reading your post, I might (emphasis on 'might') just finally understand where you are comming from. If I may as be so bold. (A momentary epiphany, and it left as quickily as it came)..bummer. OK. Think about this. President Palmer, at the end of last season ,got a little handshake injection,of 'something'.(I thought he was dead). How do you think that is going to play out this time around? Edit (one more time) : This show kicks ass!(Big Time). Edit (twice times): do you watch 'Alias'? [ 04-22-2004, 05:54 AM: Message edited by: Cc ]
Kevin Trotter Posted April 23, 2004 Report Posted April 23, 2004 I used to love this show but I'm afraid it seems to have jumped the shark. I can barely watch any scene with David Palmer or his pain in the ass brother in it. Kiefer is the saving grace and I will continue to watch based on the strength of the last two episodes, but...
Silk Posted April 23, 2004 Report Posted April 23, 2004 At this point I don't see how they can contain the virus. It's all ready lose in the wild. The only thing I can see as a solution is a vaccine being develop to stop the spread of it. How this ties in to what happened to Palmer at the end of last season is anyones guess. Maybe he was giving the antidote (antibodies) for it. Killing Chapelle was no joke, I thought for sure they would of put a tracer on him not that it mattered anyway. Now for the question, if you were in the hotel and had started showing symptoms would you take the pill? I don't think I would but if my kids were there I would probably have my kids take it. I wouldn't want them to suffer. The one thing I would have a hard time with is not contacting my family. I would have no problems about staying there because I wouldn't want to spread it to my love ones but I don't think I'd let them stop me from contacting them. I'd think of something.
Supreme Cmdr Posted April 24, 2004 Author Report Posted April 24, 2004 I'd take the pill. Without a moment's hesitation. But I'm just strong like that. As for Kim, yeah, she has been annoying since day one and so far, to me, has NO redeeming qualities. None. Chloe is just an annoying geek. I can live with that. Michelle is the one that surprised me the most in this season. I'm glad how they developed her character to the point that she is now. Tony, I like him as much as I like Jack. Together, they hold this together I think. As for the virus, I'm sure that they can contain it. I mean, look at the SARS outbreak. That was contained though it was already out in the general population. I'm just sitting here wondering what they're going to do in season three.
Cc Posted May 21, 2004 Report Posted May 21, 2004 Man, I guess they are writing everyone off this season. First Nina Myers, then Chapelle, and last Sherry Palmer. But I have to admit,Sherry Palmer deserved it. I wonder who is next? Season finale next week.
XOR Posted May 24, 2004 Report Posted May 24, 2004 im not gonna lie... ive only seen one episode of 24 what is this pill? does it kill your or something?
Supreme Cmdr Posted May 24, 2004 Author Report Posted May 24, 2004 Man, I can't wait for the season finale tomorrow!! Last week's episode was just killer!!!
