A new reality show on TLC - Bosses of large companies a take step down to go and do what their employees do.

The first show was about the CEO Of Loews hotels going to one of the hotels and doing some cooking, carrying luggages, doing room service, being at the front desk, housekeeping ... etc .. and realising that it's not as easy as it seems.

It's a fun show, much better than the so-called sensationalists Survivor, Average Joe, Forever Eden "reality shows".

What a Rip off, I used to have to do that when I worked for Home Depot, that was YEARS ago, I think they still do that too. All of us at the offices would have to go in to a store for 2 weeks and be a cashier, clean up the isles, stock the shelves. The stuff most of us used to do before we got promoted, plus at the time the company was hiring a lot of people from outside the company who had never worked in the stores.

Well Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank started Home Depot with one store, and yes they used to push carts and everything, but I think they stopped doing the "2 wks at the store thing" about 10 years ago. Of course, I stopped working there about 6 or 7 years ago, so I don't know what other things have changed.
