Andergum Posted July 19, 2004 Report Posted July 19, 2004 I saw Spidey 2 last week. Overall I liked it but the first 45 minutes did drag on a bit. Action scenes were great but not enough of them IMO. I really don't like what they did with the the whole web thing. In the comics Pete is a brilliant scientist kid who invents web shooters and the fun is that from time to time he runs out of juice. Now he runs out of webs because of some kind of "reluctant superhero impotence"?? BAH!!! 8/10. Good movie but I liked I Robot better.
Charles Lindsey Posted September 16, 2004 Report Posted September 16, 2004 WOW! I finally saw it and was blown away. I liked it a lot. Plus, with it being wednesday night (church night) and with hurricane Ivan right next door I was the ONLY one in the theatre.
