I noticed some interesting resolutions this morning, like..

Full Restoration of the 2nd amendment.

Abolishment of Income and other taxes.

Prevention of Government business competition with it's citizens.

Barring Automatic citizenship to children born of illegal immigrants.

Repeal of the Selective Service act. Which was judged unfavorable by a committee. Go figure.

And a whole lot more.

Notice particularly what Rep Ron Paul of Texas has been doing.

I hear ya Jam.

And we're electing and paying these people who do this kind of nonsense with our laws and the Constitution.

If I had my 'druthers, I'd go through the Congressional voting records and fire everyone who voted to pass nonsensical legislation that has nothing to do with running this country.

I would bar them from re-election and strip them of their cushy retirement plan.

I also feel that having Supreme Court judges appointed for life, is the single most idiotic thing to ever happen to the people of this country. Along with the no term limits on Senate seats.

I like Ron Paul of Texas A LOT!!

He is one of the few congresscritters that understands the constitution and what it was meant to do, he is the ONLY one that I think actually takes his oath of office seriously.

His constituents must understand that as well, because he keeps getting reelected.

Anybody want to move to Texas?

I would like to but I cannot stand heat. The further north I go the better I feel. I just wish the united states also owned the canadian territory or else I'd move there cause it's getting too hot in NY also (global warming or just natural fluctuating weather patterns you take your pick).
