The Smoking gun

quote:

Female Fox coworker details lewd behavior of cable TV star

OCTOBER 13--Hours after Bill O'Reilly accused her of a multimillion dollar shakedown attempt, a female Fox News producer fired back at the TV star today, filing a lawsuit claiming that he subjected her to repeated instances of sexual harassment and spoke often, and explicitly, to her about phone sex, vibrators, threesomes, masturbation, the loss of his virginity, and sexual fantasies. Below you'll find a copy of Andrea Mackris's complaint, an incredible page-turner that quotes O'Reilly, 55, on all sorts of lewd matters. Based on the extensive quotations cited in the complaint, it appears a safe bet that Mackris, 33, recorded some of O'Reilly's more steamy soliloquies. For example, we direct you to his Caribbean shower fantasies. While we suggest reading the entire document, TSG will point you to interesting sections on a Thailand sex show, Al Franken, and the climax of one August 2004 phone conversation. (22 pages)

Whoops!! ROFLMAO!!

I've always disliked O'Reilly, but this just takes the cake.

OMG, just fricking hilarious, no wonder he's been kissing up to Kerry, he is gonna need some legal representation REALLY fast!!!

WARNING!!! Some of the things in the affidavit are rather explicit, so reader beware....

Watch Bill's talking points Jaguar, someone threatened Fox New's and paid some person 60 mill

Hmmm... there's only one person who has THAT type of money...

She is asking for 6 million dollars to settle the suit.

I find the whole thing absolutely hilarious.

Whether Bill is guilty or not, his credibility is shot to pieces.

The man flirts incessantly with his producer on radio, and says some really rude things to her.

This is NOT at all beyond believability to me.

If he did it, he's screwed, the problem is that all the evidence and experience that I have with him via his radio show, tells me that he's guilty as sin.

Uh huh, what ever Jaguar, we must be listening to two different Bill's. Cause the Bill I listen to is completely different from the one you're listening to

Both his radio show and his "Talking Points" seem completely fine to me, no false hood's at all. In fact, I find it hard to hear you say that he's a "Kerry supporter"

Bill has yet to support Kerry in any light

He's been kissing up to Kerry for the last 4 months, trying desperately to get him on his show.

I find it rather humorous.

The fact is that I find Bill's fence sitting, and all around good guy persona rather nauseating.

I have no beef with the fact that you like him, but half the stuff he says, about the swift boats, about proofs etc really disgust me.

The facts are out there if he really wants to look, but he won't, so I get a bit aggravated with him.

When he starts pounding on people because they won't come on his show, or starts off with how fair he is, it just turns me off.

But, that's just me, I think he's guilty, but you never know, maybe it is a setup and somebody is trying to destroy him.

It's par for the course in the political arena in this country nowadays.

If one doesn't play ball with the powers that be, the powers that be can and will find a way to shut you up.

kissing up to Kerry? Give me a break Jagaur, if you're talking getting him to appear on Fox, then yes. He wants him to appear on Fox New's so he can have a chat with him, same thing went with Bush and bush did appear

O'Reilley has been kissing up to Kerry for the last 8 months.

There is NO other word for it.

O'Reilley has NOT been fair with the Swift boat vets, he has chastised them, and told them how bad they are for doing what they are doing.

Claims that they have no proof, which is a crock, the number of things that Bill has done to prove that he is SOOO fair, has been ridiculous.

He's been kissing up to Kerry, there is no other way to explain it.

I just saw this on Inside edition:

O'Reilly Crush?

The he said/she said sexual harassment dispute between Fox News ChannelÔÇÖs Bill O'Reilly and one of his show producers is getting more complicated. Inside EditionÔÇÖs Les Trent has more on the latest allegations raising eyebrows in this complex case.

No more futher details from their web site. But the gist of it is, that the accuser had a crush on O'Reilly, had lunch with Al Franken and she got kicked out of a restaurant for rude and obnoxious behavior. Inside edition will probably have their report posted soon.
