Halliburton spokeswoman Wendy Hall said of Greenhouse's statements that "old allegations have again been recycled, this time one week before the election." ABC: Hall emphasized that a report earlier this year by the congressional Government Accountability Office concluded the Iraq contract had been properly awarded. The Balkans issue "was fully dealt with and resolved several years ago  (and) since that time KBR has received high marks from the Army on our Balkans support contract," she added. CBS: Halliburton Contract Probe Opened Shouldn't that be RE-OPENED. What's funny is that I can find everything else about Mrs. Greenhouse except her political persuasion. Curious that. In these kind of cases, it should be mandatory to show party affiliation whether democrat or republican because it is a major influence in people's motives whether you deny it or not it is part of the equation.
