Bandus Posted January 2, 2004 Report Posted January 2, 2004 Resnig's home computer broke the day before the probe launched...he figured the probe could do without a few of it's circuit boards he needed to fix his home computer with...upon entering Mars orbit the probe's AI made it beleive it was a baked potato. So I've just singlehandedly solved the mystery....
