Honestly, if this isn't more proof that we need a revamp of the US Patent System then I don't know what is. Currently just about anyone can get away with as vague a patent as you can imagine, thereby ceasing all competition for that sector. Its anti-capitalist and in the end, I think its gonna do more hurt to the economy than help.
