There is a thread in the MP section of this forum for downloading the (free) program and connecting to Prime Fleet's server. Unless you are in command of a fleet action, you'll only be following orders ... for that, you need to hear what's going on 'cause your in-game chat window will be closed.

I'd really really REALLY like to have a full TDH team, so that means I'll need at least two people (if not more).
