HELP!!!! - Problem With Direct2Drive Download

I recently downloaded the UCSE of D2D, I bought it, I have the confirmation number, the activation code, and a unique key, but none of them seem to be the Serial number, so I cant start the game, Can someone plz help me, like is there Number I can call for cust. support or something, its just really freaking me out right now that i paid for this and I cant even play it.... someone plz help

I got it, its ok!!!! I just had to uninstall and go back to the original version!!!

No I was Wrong, it still doesn't work when I update the Game?? Whhy??? Someone Plz Help

If you apply the wrong update, then you will have that problem. There is only one update available for UCSE and it is on the D2D patch downloads page and is called:

Universal Combat: Special Edition v1.00.03 Patch [Digital Distribution]

You need to download that file, copy it into the game folder when the D2D downloader has completed. Then run it from there.

We recently had this same issue whereby someone was downloading and applying the ADD-ON to their UCSE game.
