Can wing leaders also post on the fleet board in the db? if no it would be nice if that would be possible?

also i a base commander like myself order to stay on my base or to fly to? can you see my bc parked next to the base?

I can answer about the fleet bulletin - that's for fleet leaders only, as it is a Fleet Bulletin. If you have something important for that bulletin, send it off to your FC. If everybody got to post on there, it would, in essence, become a message board (like the one we're posting on now).
