Now you have to choose the fleet you want to join between Prime, Wraith, Orion and ISS Prime is the all-purpose fleet. Prime fleet has no specialty, from assaults to defense and support, this is a good fleet to join when you like to fleelance alot. Wraith is the spec ops fleet. Specialised in deep strike and tactical ops on weak points, they are cloaking lovers. They do very little perimeter defense, and some intel. The Orion fleet, which I am a part of, is specialised in heavy strikes such as station assaults, fleet assaults, siege and barrage breakers and the likes. We do some patrolling / perimeter defense too. We do the dirty job other fleets won't do. We eat StormCarriers for breakfast and like to have a "New america" buffet at night. For maximum effectiveness we use space-adapted modern navy tactics to distribute the firepower more effectively and to plan our battle execution shemes. We prefer more active members, but you don't need to post as much as me and Nova do, just be there when we need you, post regularily and show your colors. It's unclear whether Prime or Orion is the biggest fleet at the moment ISS (In-System-Support) is an Intel and Defense fleet. Intel gathers info on enemy movements, and defense keep the scum out of Sol, Omicron Eridani, and, cooperating with the Orion fleet, Alpha Centauri and Tau Ceti. If you can't be active alot, this fleet still welcomes you, although you can still be very active and join ISS.
