bigred, you must have missed some of the more recent discussions within the Insurgent forum. All Insurgents, regardless of rank or fleet, are prohibited from having quotes. That comes from Rattler himself.

Even without that restriction, you couldn't keep the quote. The SC has barred all ship mottos and only allows the use of a uniform wing or fleet motto. In accordance with the Insurgent regs, Spectre Fleet ain't got no motto.

Anyway, please remove the motto/quote. Thanks.
