From an E-mail sent to Mr Smart by myself.

I am writing this to express my apologies to you for the disruption I

caused your message board on the 14th of October last year, and in the

hopes of recieving some form of pardon and reinstatement on the board. I

was out of line, and what I did was wrong. When you said:

"...there is no need to call other people names, use profanity or show

wanton disrespect to admin personnel."

You were absolutely correct. I had no right to insult anyone, especially

an admin, nor cause such an unruly disruption to your message board, and

for that, I offer my deepest and sincerest apologies. Further, sending an

E-mail to you in an attempt to place the blame on the admin in question

was cowardly, and for that I also apologise.

From a written, but never sent, E-mail to aramike from myself.

I am writing this letter in the hopes of "burying the hatchet" as it were. I'm not one for holding grudges, and I'd like to think that, at the least, there won't remain some sort of hatred between you and I.

I'd also like to say that I'm sorry. I'm sorry for letting that situation get out of hand as it did, and I'm sorry for not calming down when I had the chance to.

Although I still think that I didn't deserve the kind of attitude you displayed towards me, it still doesn't justify the fact that I was only making the situation worse. I suppose I should've listened to my own advice, that is "backing off, and calming down." Placing the blame on someone else isn't going to help the situation, and all it does is escalate it further and further. That's probably a lesson I'm not likely to learn, as I'm far too set in my ways to change who I am now, but that doesn't mean I can't try to make up for it.

And, I'd like to say there aren't any hard feelings, at least not from me to you. At the least, I want to ensure that we can remain on friendly terms, if not friends.

You can think of this whatever you will. Regardless, I'm simply writing this to apologise for not having acted mature enough to know when to simply walk away.

James.
