I send an e-mail to Computer Services Group http://www.csg2000.com/ regarding this question. This is what I send them:

"You guys have excelent help topics. I have read about the DDR memory, but there's

nothing about RDram. My question is which memory is faster, RDram or DDR,

them being of equal value. exRDram 256 mb, and DDR 256 mb. Thanks for

answering. "

This was their answer:

hello,

the DDR ram is the faster of the two types (SDram and DDR ram)

if you motherboard can handle it, definately get the DDR ram

Have a great day!

Thanks,

Peter

Now the only thing I don't understand. If pc2100 DDRram of 256mb costs $96.10, and 800 RDram of 256mb costs $324.00. Isn't it kinda rediculous to charge that much for RDram if you can get better DDR ram for $96.10?

Damn, I just read what I posted and realized that the guy who send me the answer was drunk or something. I clearly asked which one is better, RDram or DDR ram. His answer is that DDR ram is the better one of the two (SDram and DDR ram). What the hell are people smoking?

Ok, I asked the question again. This is the answer I got from them. Now you can't tell me that DDR ram is faster.

A.sorry,

performance wise, RDram is faster, however in my opinion DDR is a better choice because of cost.

Have a great day!

Thanks,

Peter
