Guest $iLk Posted August 24, 2001 Report Posted August 24, 2001 Doesn't matter much now, Windows XP is out in production... it's too late to stop them, guess they should hope they got everything they wanted into it...If Microsoft goes down, the backlash of support for products could be extreme. What if Microsoft decided to get *****y and simply flat out refuse to support older products because only the newer ones are protected by the new companies formed from the ashes... All government NT machines lose support, only Win2k PRo, WinME, WinXP will be supported... that could suck... but then again I guess we could all go to LINUX!!!
