The following is an E-Mail I got from Akuma earlier today. It was sent to the Orion Fleet fleetwide E-Mail group.

None of this made any sense to me. And since I've been known to lurk the net for absolutely no reason what-so-ever, I recognized "Wintersong" in there. After a bit of thought, I remembered seeing it in a site in Akuma's profile.

Well, to make a long story short, I traced this to this topic:

(I assume Andigar is Richard (who we know as David Foss), and Wintersong is Amilee (who we know as Akuma)... These are my best guesses, and are only assumptions... I assume this, because Foss's birthday was on the 2/2, as said in that message.)

If I'm reading and interpreting this right, then, well.....

I have really nothing to say, except that my best wishes and prayers are with him and his family. That's basically it.... Because I really don't know what to say.

Good luck to all involved. I know what it feels like to hear about and see someone in your own family suffer. Just don't give up hope or anything--there's always enough hope to go around. I hope this helps.

So, if you want to put your name on that card, and support ol' Foss and his family, then send Akuma a message, as quoted above in that E-Mail. Her E-Mail address (at least the one she used to send that E-Mail) is [email protected].

(Sorry if I posted here before you did, Akuma. Just wanted to sort things out and clarify things, ok?)

And please show your support for Foss in these trying times. Like I said in the other thread of this: "We've got to support each other in times like this. You know, we're like family here."
