Makes me very glad I have DSL Most people would hide the phone bill from the misses and just pay it so she doesn't find out hubby was surfing porn sites, which is what these theives are counting on. I hope they throw that ***** in jail. And she has the gall to be incensed about the lawsuits. Bah Hah HAH HAH HAH *blork* * cough cough cough. The nerve of some people.

"Dialers" can be found everywhere from bad Kazaa downloads to invisible things that come in on popups. Every way is bad. I'm glad someone's doing something about it, at least.

"in case I receive a fax!" Oh yeah, buy a $1000+ fax machine. What that company did is outrageously wrong and illegal.. but imo, those that got those phone bills sort of deserve to pay for being that dumb.

When people surf porn or warez sites it serves them right if their PC gets hacked IMO.

Have you ever done a search that plopped you onto some stupid porn site that Hijacks your browser and won't allow you to close it without restarting your machine? What about people who accidentally stumble into one of these traps? Does it serve them right to have their modem hijacked.? They could very well incur a hefty phone bill and not even realise it happened until they get the bill. There are three kinds of people in this world that I detest vehemently. Liars/ Cheats/ and thieves. Being a liar or a thief is bad enough, but a cheat is the previous two combined.
